Inventory in Sierra Vista Southeast has eased slightly in this rolling three‑month view, with about 112 active listings and new listings down nearly 18 percent from a year ago. At the same time, contract activity has strengthened, as pending sales have jumped almost 70 percent year over year while closed sales are up modestly.
