Kamya moved to the Tucson area as a child with her family in 1986, married the love of her life in 2000, and now has 3 children and 2 Grandchildren! Kamya has been part of the Vail community since 1997, where she watched her children grow and graduate from VSD.

Kamya began her Real Estate career in 2001 and has vast portfolio experience including small vacant land, manufactured homes on large rural lots, million-dollar estates, multifamily homes, and community living. She has seen the market during the good, bad, and ugly, and continues to provide her clients with the professionalism they deserve.

Kamya has over 11 years of experience conducting Broker Price Opinions for Foreclosure asset management companies, and over 6 years of experience with loan modification programs that help homeowners keep their homes.
