“Tera was quite helpful. She showed me remote properties, obtained numerous estimates to repair flaws in the selected property, and assisted in resolving some issues after close of escrow. She remained positive throughout the process.”

“I was referred to MIKE four years ago from one of my previous tenants. Mike has the knowledge that is required when you have multiple properties. He is not only knowledgeable on current market conditions, but also teaches all the legalities of being a landlord. Whether you're buying or selling or renting, there is no one I would rather use in the Phoenix area.”

“Rachel is an incredible person and realtor. She priced our home at the top of the market, which any realtor can do, but then Rachel developed a marketing strategy that afforded us a full price offer within 4 days. Rachel made the entire process was as simple as it could possibly be. Every issue and detail was handled quickly with professional expertise. Rachel also found my new home for me as well, again the transaction was flawless. I'll recommend Rachel to anyone I know who is selling or buying a home.”

“I hope all of Agent Pronto's realtors are half as good as Ken Boltz. He was my partner in finding and purchasing my home and a wonderful advocate on my behalf. In almost no time at all, he demonstrated how well he understood my needs and preferences in my next home, he referred me to an excellent loan originator and stayed on top of every aspect of the purchase through to completion. Buying a home is a stressful experience for almost everyone, but with Ken handling the purchase, I had minimal stress, if any. Easily the best home buying experience of my life.”

“Chaz and Kayla were referred to us by a friend and from the start they did a great job listening to our wants and setting out to find the right neighborhoods for us to start looking in for our new house. They were very patient with us until we found the place we liked and aggressively helped us to go after it and get it. On the selling side Kayla made great recommendations on getting our house ready to sell and Chaz helped us get the price right. We had multiple offers in the first week. When the buyers appraisal came back with major discrepancies and a low appraisal cost they immediately jumped into the appeal process and fought for us to get the right appraisal cost for our house. They were responsive and overall great to work with.”

“Julie was absolutely wonderful. She was always pleasant, very knowledgeable and I actually enjoyed working with her because she was so thoughtful and kept me informed during the entire process. This is the 4th home I have sold in my life, all four in Arizona, and Julie was the best agent I have ever worked with. She was always available, always ready to do whatever I asked of her, and she kept me very well informed as to what was going on. She was definitely my advocate and was very honest as to what was happening, and what she was doing about it and I appreciated that through the whole process. I also feel she worked hard to get me the best results possible as far as the income from selling my home. I would recommend her to everyone selling their home if they want some who is honest, always available, and a strong advocate for the best price for the sale of their home.”
