Inventory in Terra Del Sol has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with about 40 active listings and months of supply jumping to 9.3 compared with much leaner conditions a year ago. Contract activity has cooled, as homes sold are down sharply year over year and pending sales have also slipped, even as new listings have increased.
