Just closed on a home near the Del Largo Golf course here in Vail. First time we've bought since 2008...so needless to say we were a little rusty. That is where Colt filled in with his experience in buying. As well as assisting with our education of the changes to buying in the last fifteen years. He went over our expectations in his knowledge, his contacts, he referred painters, flooring, how to add the Ring video doorbell left at the residence, and a endless list of our questions.
Colt never swayed from our set house goals and after missing out on our first choice, we think we have bought an even better property as its all about Location Location Location. Not once did we view a property that didn't fit in our vision.
Our lender did throw us a few curve balls we missed, but Colt was always just a phone call or text away to assist in spelling things out.
Don't think we could have had a better experience with any other Realtor over than the last four weeks!

Colt went above and beyond to help us find a great home in our price range in Green Valley. He is very professional and helpful; in fact due to our northern location, we reviewed and closed the property remotely!! (A first for a couple of senior citizens). He was very patient. Colt is the most amazing realtor I've ever used. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. When I asked him to look at houses he was usually over there within a half an hour. He made sure that all the inspections and everything were lined up for me and was even at the house for me when they happened. I bought my house from him long distance so I didn't even see it in person, but his personal touch left me feeling as though I were there in person. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this man! I highly highly recommend him and would use him again!

Colt was great during this entire home buying process. I was having some doubts about being able to purchase a home long distance from Phoenix, but Colt went above & beyond to facilitate showing me homes virtually, finding a property to meet my needs, and stood by me through the lending process.
