Jack Ma and the Century 21 team met our family probate commitment with professionalism. They had to work with me as the administrator who resides in Northern California while the property was located in Southern California.

Jack was very profeesional. It is not because I had known him before but he was always there for me aeverytime I have quetions. He guided me, was very patient with me and the only realtor that was never forcing himself for me to sell our property but remain in constant contact with me until I finally decided to sell our property and the only person who stood by me for so long was Kack. He was very personal, professional, knowledgeable and more.
