For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $379,000 in Fresno for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $373,500 in January.
Sierra Sky Park had 26 new listings and 26 listings that went under contract in December, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 22—down 15.38% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in January.
The median listing price for homes in Sierra Sky Park fell 0.91% from November to December, bringing the current median listing price to $552,450. Based on projected data for January, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
