Homes in Downtown Los Angeles are taking time to sell, with a rolling three-month median of 106 days on the market, far slower than the broader Los Angeles city trend. Even with this slower pace, the average sale-to-list ratio has inched up year over year, indicating that final prices are aligning a bit more closely with asking levels.
