I'm Zoltan Peresztegi, a Realtor and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) with Real Brokerage, specializing in the Palos Verdes Peninsula and South Bay of Los Angeles. I serve buyers and sellers in Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills Estates, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and San Pedro, with most transactions in the $1M to $2.5M range.

I live in Mira Verde, a gated community in Rancho Palos Verdes, where I serve on the HOA Board, and I hold the PV Specialist certification from the Palos Verdes Peninsula Association of Realtors. My practice also covers investment properties, new construction, and land.

Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in technology, including co-founding Google's office in Hungary.
