June’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $1,915,000—up 9.43% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $1,500,000 in San Francisco for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,475,000 in July.

Sutro Heights had 2 new listings and 1 listings that went under contract in June, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 1—down 50.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in July.

The median listing price for homes in Sutro Heights grew 115.73% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $3,072,000. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to grow.
