Danny and his team did an outstanding job helping me sell my property at 7.5 percent above the listing price. They found excellent contractors to remodel my property at a low cost, ensuring I stayed within a strict budget. Similarly, the staging was amazingly affordable for the Bay Area. Communications were a breeze, as the entire team was quick to respond and stay updated with new developments. The Open House was beautifully done and attracted an excellent turnout. I received an offer within a few days and closed the sale in 30 days. I highly recommend Porchlight Bay Area if you need to sell your home!
