Jim was the first realtor we worked with who actually felt like he was on OUR team - he is very experienced, reliable and the right amount of proactive. Ultimately, Jim helped us buy our very favorite house we saw - and helped us actually get a deal and not overpay, which was important to us (and very hard to do in the bay area!).
