We were worried about selling our house in California since we were located in North Carolina. After reviewing and interviewing several candidates, we picked Jim for his expertise and experience, and his common sense attitude to what must be done.
Our house had been a rental for 25 years so it had a lot of wear and tear. Jim had the house fixed up and ready for sale in 6 weeks. We had 8 offers and accepted an offer within 2 weeks of listing the house. The sale closed in another month.

NetEquity, Jim Tierney, is an outstanding real estate agent. He has sold two of our properties in San Mateo, CA. In both properties he brought in his subcontractors to repair or change out items in each house that he thought needed to be addressed to sell the home. In addition, he brought in staging company to stage our home, hired a professional photographer to take pictures, and marketed our house on all online Sales housing services as well as international housing sales services. On each house we got more than asking price and sold within one week of listing. We have recommended Jim to all of our friends and neighbors!
