Leo helped us buy our first home and we are so glad we had him as our agent. Leo was very prompt in responding to our emails/texts. When we sent him listings we were interested in, he would always get back with the relevant information about those listings within a day! He booked several home tours for us (as there were no open houses due to COVID) and accompanied us to each one of them. He never pushed us to make a decision. My wife and I can't say enough nice things about Leo. Leo was very thorough, trustworthy, data-driven and prompt throughout my first home buying process. When I was starting my search, I interviewed six highly ranked real estates agents before deciding to work with Leo. When I mentioned that I was interested in both resale and new construction, most real estate agents have described new construction purchase process as more of handing buyers off to the builder.
