Snail is a close-knit neighborhood in Sunnyvale, part of Santa Clara County, where quiet residential blocks meet amazing convenience. Mid-century ranch homes mix with updated apartments and townhomes, and daily needs are simple with grocers, coffee, and casual dining nearby. Commuters have excellent options: quick access to 101 and 237, the Caltrain Sunnyvale Station for Peninsula and San Francisco service, and VTA Light Rail at Fair Oaks Station for easy east–west connections to job centers in Mountain View and Santa Clara.

Recreation is an everyday perk.
