Adam is an amzing person and realotor. It's important for me to have a realotor with both personal understanding and professional attitude and Adam was more than suitable in both aspects. He was available everytime I had a question, ready to go with us during open houses and arrange site visits. No For Sale signs were put up for 8 months. Two weeks after a large sign was put up, there was a bid and the property sold. The 8 month wait cost me over $6000 plus a market drop of over $30,000.
