Judy Bohlen

Due to circumstances beyond anybody's control, Judy did an excellent job in getting the condo sold. I had HOA insurance problems and title problems when trying to sell my mom's condo. Judy was excellent during a rather long time period getting these problems fixed. She was able to find us a cash buyer and worked exceptionally with us during this process. Mind you, we live in Kentucky so much of what on was via email. We did all the paperwork over the internet, and she was outstanding in her help to us. On a scale of 1 to ten, she was way above that. My wife and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Side note. We had a title business in Kentucky, so we are very familiar with the whole process. She is excellent! Don and Paula Block.

Judy Bohlen was amazing! My wife and I were searching for a home to buy and needed quick, fast and excellent service. Judy Bohlen was all of the above and much more. Judy went above and beyond when it came time time finding my family a home. My wife and I ended up going through with purchasing a new build property. Judy was there every step of way from meeting with the builders to getting pre approved to making it through escrow. Judy always had time for questions and never once made us feel like we were a bother as we had reached out several times during the process due to being first time home buyers. Judy was kind, informative and always had a great response time.
