I used Judy Boleyn over 25 years ago to sell our home and since then she has been our "special agent" for all real estate transactions which ARE MANY! A great lady... a great friend... and so knowledgeable and trustworthy! We love her!!

During the sale of this property we were in litigation with dead beat tenants. We were so fearful that escrow would not close because of those horrible tenants. Judy kept in communications with my tenants and I. She let the tenants know that they had to leave and kept up on all court actions and paperwork. A VERY SUCCESSFUL CLOSING BEFORE ESTIMATED CLOSING DATE! A miracle in itself!!

Selling a home can be an intimidating experience, but Century 21 Award and, Judy especially, made it an easy and wonderful one! We felt extremely taken care of and knew that our perspective was always taken into account. Inspections and repairs were quick and always scheduled according to our availability. We were able to be mostly hands-off and still know we were receiving the absolute best value for our home. Judy was always available when we needed her and made communicating as easy as it could get, even making time to meet with us in person on a regular basis. She is an expert in her field and if she didn't know something she was quick to find out for us! She accommodated us in any way she could; we always felt well taken care of.
