Mr. Holland was very goal oriented and practical. He allowed us to choose amongst three plans and provided some of the best crews to complete that plan. He wasn't a hands-off agent but actually got his hands dirty to help out. It shows he enjoys what he does and gives his best. Anyone who works with him would not be disappointed. From the beginning it was obvious that he knew the current state of the market, had a firm handle on inventory & values, and knew how to prepare and market my house. He did a great job selecting & managing contractors to make some upgrades that we agreed would be beneficial, and his great stager and photographer really helped make the house shine.
