Mr. Holland was very goal oriented and practical. He allowed us to choose amongst three plans and provided some of the best crews to complete that plan. He wasn't a hands-off agent but actually got his hands dirty to help out. It shows he enjoys what he does and gives his best. Anyone who works with him would not be disappointed.
