He did a great job selecting & managing contractors to make some upgrades that we agreed would be beneficial, and his great stager and photographer really helped make the house shine. Most importantly he kept me informed at all times of what was happening and walked me through all the documents that were required, I never felt like I was on my own. His hands-on marketing was impressive and the results were incredible -- 15 offers, all over asking. I highly recommend Geoff and would definitely work with him again.
