West Highland’s rolling three-month snapshot through September 2026 shows tight but shifting inventory. Active listings are roughly flat year over year, while new listings are up more than 16 percent, bringing more options to the market. Even with this added supply, homes sold ticked up slightly compared with a year ago, and pending sales are down, pointing to a slower contract pace and more deliberate buyers.
