Hillcrest’s rolling three-month data through September 2026 shows home values rising compared with last year. The typical home value is up more than 20 percent year over year, while the median list price has dropped sharply over the same period. Fewer homes are being listed and sold than a year ago, pointing to a slower pace of activity.
