Ray Gernhart has spent over 35 years taking an unorthodox approach to real estate: “Buying and selling a home should be FUN!” What started out as a backup plan to another career path in performing, Ray found that real estate gave him a natural stage for his talents. Ray now sells an average of two homes per week in DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland. His referral business now includes the children of clients he sold to back in the 80’s and 90’s. Ray now sells an average of two to three homes per week in DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland.
