This is the third time my family has worked with Dave. He sold us our first home in 2010, then helped my in-laws move from TX to PA a few years later. Now in 2018 was the extra-stressful simultaneous sell-and-buy as we prepared to move from our first home to our long-term dream home.We used Dave as both the listing & selling agent. We had a tight window for sale as we were trying to juggle house sale + finding the right house in the right school district + an early summer move date target. To get what we wanted we had to be able to sell our house at our target price within one week after finding the perfect house. I had to delay selling my house until late in the year, not the best time to sell. I ended getting a good offer in early December and closed in January. Dave was very knowledgeable about the market and was able to offer sound advice as regarding pricing. He also provided suggestions on small projects to improve the value to prospective buyers. He assisted in the negotiation after the ultimate buyer tried to lowball and was effective in moving to a good price point. He communicated throughout the process and was very responsive, providing immediate answers to questions. He also helped work through some unusual buyer requests and helped guide the process through successful completion. I used Dave on two sales and would definitely use him again.

Dave is great. The negotiations that were completed by him even in the mayhem of home buying (and selling) in 2020 during COVID were unbelievable and I would recommend him to all of my friends, family, and strangers. If you want to buy or sell a house, you go to Dave.
