I came to her extremely last minute (the day before the open house for the house I ended up buying) and she welcomed me with open arms and got everything squared away! Everything went super smooth and I would highly recommend Sam to anyone buying or selling! I cannot give more than 5 stars or I certainly would!! My situation was not the norm but Sam listened, understood and cared. As an older, “first time” buyer, she showed homes that were within my budget and zip code. The market is rough but Sam kept us on point and updated throughout the process. When the timing was right, we found the perfect home for me and my boys. Sam is diligent and the absolute perfect Realtor!
