Of those 1,837 active listings, 25.97% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Four Corners grew 2.23% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $459,000. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to grow.

In June 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 78 days, compared to 93 days in June 2024.
