Year over year, High Point’s rolling three-month numbers show notable shifts in prices and activity. The typical home value is down nearly 10% from a year ago, even as the median list price is flat. At the same time, homes sold and pending sales have each climbed by more than 40%, signaling stronger demand than last year.

In the latest rolling three-month period ending in May 2026, inventory and turnover are both higher than a year ago.
