Martha & Miles Loss

We had the best experience working with Martha and Miles. We cannot say enough how much of a great experience it was working with them in our search of a new home in Florida. We live up north in Boston but were looking to buy a place in a specific Florida 55+community where we have friends that already live there. They worked with us to get us into the homes we wanted to tour early mornings as we were on vacation visiting friends and wanted to spend as much time as possible enjoying our time vacationing with them. Martha and Miles lined up all the properties we were interested in 2 mornings.. and we were out enjoying our friends by noon! We narrowed down the 19 homes we saw to 4 . We started the making an offer process to which they were availble and in constant contact with us when we arrived back home in Boston keeping us updated on our offers. Once it got down to the final house that we really wanted, they were instrumental in negotiating the price range we wanted to stay within. They worked hard with the sellers and got us our house! Continued to walk us thru all the stages of purchase and sale..to inspections ..right down to the closing. Including all of our documents they were able to send us electronically
It was seamless and moved along quite quickly. We would highly reccomend Martha and Miles to service anyone that is in need of selling or buying a home. They are truly the team that will guide you thru your real estate needs making it a positive and stressless experience.

We had our home up for sale over 6 months and had no luck selling. I took a month to interview many realtors. When I spoke with Martha and Miles I was impressed with their honesty and marketing strategies.
Even though our home looked like it was ready for sale, Martha had an eye to detail and gave us a list of must do’s if they are going to list the home . We took their advise and took care of the list then listed . Within 30 days we had an offer.
The entire process from the beginning to end they had amazing communication, great follow through. We don’t live close to our 2nd home so they personally showed up anytime work was being done, inspected and videotaped and sent us updates .
