We had our home up for sale over 6 months and had no luck selling. I took a month to interview many realtors. When I spoke with Martha and Miles I was impressed with their honesty and marketing strategies.
Even though our home looked like it was ready for sale, Martha had an eye to detail and gave us a list of must do’s if they are going to list the home . We took their advise and took care of the list then listed . Within 30 days we had an offer.
The entire process from the beginning to end they had amazing communication, great follow through. We don’t live close to our 2nd home so they personally showed up anytime work was being done, inspected and videotaped and sent us updates .
We highly recommend Martha and Miles.
