For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $439,350 in Land O'Lakes for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $438,020 in August.
Dupree Lakes had 6 new listings and 7 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 3—down 50.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
The median listing price for homes in Dupree Lakes grew 0.63% from June to July, bringing the current median listing price to $357,250. Based on projected data for August, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose sharply year-over-year.
