Emily and Jason helped us find our beautiful rental property in Fort Lauderdale! Since we were moving from Canada and didn’t know much about the local neighbourhoods, Emily gave us all the information we needed to make a confident decision about where to live. House hunting with her felt like shopping with a girl friend—she made me feel so comfortable and supported every step of the way. She even took detailed videos of the properties for us, which made it so much easier to choose the right home while we were still back in Canada. We highly recommend working with Emily!

Emily was absolutely amazing with the sale of our property. She went above and beyond. She threw many open houses with a wide array of food and drink options. She was on top of making sure the property was being advertised, there was always fliers in the box on her for sale sign. She also got us an offer above and beyond what we could have expected. So I just had a couple days to look at apartments for rent in Fort Lauderdale that was in a good neighborhood and close to work. A friend recommended me to talk to Emily. Since the beginning I was super impressed how professional and organized she is. It just took a couple minutes to figure out what I wanted and it took less than one day to see which apartment I wanted. She really knows the market in FLL and shes goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable at all times. Overall, she made me feel at home and very impressed with the service!! I don’t even know where to begin… because the entire process from start to finish was the MOST AMAZING experience I’ve ever had!! Emily is THE BEST!!! This is our third house, and our previous two experiences were kind of annoying to say the least. From the moment I met Emily, she did everything she could to make it pleasant, to explain everything, to get us everything we wanted, and for the right price. I honestly didn’t even think it was possible to get the right location and the size for the right price but she made it happen. I will definitely be using her again for any future purposes.
