Inventory in Loring Heights is tight in this rolling three-month view, with only about a month and a half of supply, well below Atlanta’s 5.5 months. Active listings are up sharply from a year ago, rising more than 45 percent, and new listings have climbed over 25 percent. Even with more options, contract activity is surging, as homes sold and pending sales are both up well over 100 percent year over year.
