I have worked with David to buy and sell three houses, and there is a reason I continue to choose him every time—he is truly exceptional at what he does. Even during a challenging downturn in the market, David developed a thoughtful strategy that made selling our home feel remarkably easy and stress-free.

However, his knowledge and effectiveness as a realtor are not what ultimately earned this review. By the time we approached closing, I had already moved out of state, and our closing date happened to fall just one week after my wife gave birth. As often happens, the buyers requested that several items be addressed before closing. David was adamant that I focus on my wife, our new baby, and the rest of my family while he handled everything else.

He shopped around for competitive prices, coordinated with multiple businesses, and personally made sure the chimney repairs, HVAC tune-up, and water-heater work were all completed on time. He kept the process moving without requiring me to step away from my family or worry about the details.

David went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a realtor. At a time when my family needed me most, he stepped in and gave me the freedom to be fully present with them. That level of care, dependability, and genuine friendship outshines everything else I could ask for in a realtor. I cannot recommend David highly enough.

David lacks integrity and deserves zero stars. Unfortunately, David advised my Husband and I to purchase a home in 2022 with no contingency (basically as-is). To date, we have experienced multiple plumbing repair issues and have lost over $170k in out of pocket expenses all due to the horrible counsel of David. Unfortunately, David takes no accountability for anything. Please do yourself a favor and find another real estate professional you do not want to end up in the situation we are left with to fight on our own still 3 years later as of October 10, 2025. David ran off with his commission and could care less about the damage he caused by disappearing!!

One of the biggest mistakes we made was trusting his advice. He encouraged us to sign a contract without a contingency, which has left us in a terrible situation. As homebuyers, we relied on his guidance, but instead of protecting us, he played on our lack of experience and gave us terrible counsel.
