“Excellent to work with...understands your needs and finds you options that you can work with. Extremely trustworthy!!”
“Terry Swanson and his assistant Courtney Stephens gave an excellent initial sales presentation. They stated a personal interest in listing our ranch house in an upscale neighborhood of mostly 2 story homes. They were spot on in saying the buyer will be out there, not every buyer but one uniquely suited for a ranch home. We discussed the realtor fee and he replied he would be flexible if needed. There was a little price negotiating and a couple of questionable repairs requested. He stepped up and participated with his fee reduction. The Realtor experience was friendly and very professsional. We whole heartedly recommend Terry and Courtney.”
“Susan was the absolute best! We had a few bumps in the road and she was able to keep me calm and walk me through every step. She did an open house just a few few days after the house was listed for sale and that is how our buyer came about. She's an excellent communicator and I felt like I was her only client! We will definitely use her again in the future and recommend her if anybody needs her services! Susan definitely goes above and beyond”
“Outstanding agent for the type of client who knows what he/she wants and needs an efficient, knowledgible and communicative agent.”
“An excellent realtor! Super attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to look for the perfect home for me!”
“There truly aren't words to express how grateful we are for Brian. He drove several miles, worked countless hours, and exceeded every expectation we had. He worked just as hard for us to sell our $285k home as I see him working to sell million dollar homes (his usual scene). I knew we were small beans for an agent like him, but he insisted on taking care of us since he'd sold two homes for our immediate family members recently. He always responded promptly and always made us feel confident about the next step in our plan. He handled complex situations with ease, even when we had moved six hours away, across two state lines. We couldn't have been in better hands. Brian is smart, kind, and hardworking. Don't miss out on his expertise!”
“We are so thankful for Tanae! One of the things we appreciated the most was she was never pushy. We didn't need our home to sell super quickly and we had a unique situation. She was always understanding, informative, and patient. She always responded to us quickly, and because of her great communication skills, we also knew what was going on. We were always confident that she had everything under control and had the best interest of our family in mind.”
“Lena was absolutely the best. She was very honest and upfront and really took your needs into consideration. She was wonderful and always there for me whenever I needed her whether I called her or text her she always reply back and she was never too busy to do so I would highly recommend her to anyone that I knew that needed to sell or buy at home she is definitely one of a kind”
“If you want to work with a realtor that gets back to you quickly choose Sherry. Our house sold in the first few hours we listed and things moved quickly after that.”
“Amanda was wonderful and worked hard to help us sell our home! Thankful we had Amanda as our agent! She gave us 110 percent to make sure our home sale happened. Thank you, Amanda! ”
“Please see the previous comments. Tiffany is the best and truly world class! Tiffany was so wonderful to work with. She knew everything we needed and led us through a very unusual market with results beyond our expectations! We would not have trusted anyone else and she was gracious and kind even when we may not have been. We have referred our friends to work with her, she is the best. Grateful to her and the team.”
“Michelle Miralles did a great job—I really enjoyed working with her. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.”
