Once we found the house, he helped us submit an educated & competitive offer, explained the terms of our offer thoroughly, & communicated effectively from showing to the closing table. During the selling process, he priced our home strategically, ensuring we got top dollar for it. He made suggestions on things we could do, but never pressuring anything. Once again, with every offer, he explained the terms clearly, laying out the pros/cons, & then stepped back for us to make the best decision for our family.
