Kaumana had 13 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 15—up 7.14% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
The median listing price for homes in Kaumana fell 6.72% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $583,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year. In April 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 46 days, compared to 30 days in April 2024.
