I am native to Hawaii; born and raised or what we call, "local." So, it comes as no surprise that I know a lot of realtors in Hawaii. I, myself have my license, but no longer practice. Needless to say, I definitely know what it takes to be a realtor and a great one at that; therefore, my expectations are that much greater and when it comes to Chris, he is second to none. He first appears as some intimidating big mafia guy, but you know what they say about the big guys. Chris is a very warm and caring guy. He treats everyone with the same level of respect and professionalism as it was apparent in the open house I met him at. Whether people walked in alone or with an agent, he approached each person as if they were unrepresented. Whether they were dressed really casual or very high-end, he saw and treated each person no different. He didn't judge anyone and explained the property to everyone in the same fashion and manner.
