I reached out to 5 other realtors prior to coming across Chris. Other realtors either responded slow or ghosted me entirely - still not sure why 🤷. In less than 3 months time Chris and I were able to go from showing to closing. I am not even on Island and the whole process did not feel stressful at all. Chris does not try hype up properties like other realtors I worked with in the past and will call out issues like it is, so that’s a big one for me. I definitely plan to reuse him and recommend anyone looking for a realtor to give him a holler.

Chris has been a saving grace as a long distance buyer. He went and looked at and sent videos of every property I asked to see. Even after closing he still remained in touch and ensured my new place was move in ready for when I arrived. I cannot recommend him enough!
