The typical home value in Hawaii is projected to be $776,500 for the month of November. October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the state to be $770,000—up 1.08% over the previous 12 months.
Hawaii had 1,420 new listings and 1,380 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 6,350—down 4.91% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 6,350 active listings, 19.61% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Hawaii grew 3.58% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $803,600. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year. In October 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 105 days, compared to 129 days in October 2024. In recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be decreasing. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this November.
