Inventory in Keaukaha has expanded sharply in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 120% year over year and sitting at 18 homes. Months of supply has surged to roughly 15 months, far above Hilo’s 5.8 months, reinforcing a clear buyer’s market locally.
