Over the rolling three-month period ending in July 2026, Bloomington’s home values are slightly lower than a year ago, with the typical home value down about 1.5 percent. Listing prices, however, are holding steady year over year, showing only a very small increase. At the same time, more homes are coming on the market and more are selling compared with last year, signaling a busier season for local real estate.
