Over the rolling three-month period ending in August 2026, Bloomington’s home prices are slightly below where they were a year ago, with the typical home value edging down less than 1 percent. Listing prices, however, are up a bit year over year, suggesting sellers are still testing higher price points. At the same time, homes are spending about the same amount of time on the market as last year, pointing to steady buyer interest.
