Year-over-year trends in The Loop’s rolling three-month data point to a market that has heated up. Homes sold are up more than 18 percent from a year ago, while pending sales have climbed over 13 percent. Typical home values are only modestly higher than last year, suggesting prices are rising more slowly than activity.
