Farmington’s rolling three-month snapshot shows more homes coming on the market and more deals moving toward closing. Active listings are up sharply from a year ago, rising about 77 percent, while new listings have surged nearly 178 percent year over year. Pending sales have also climbed strongly, with an increase of about 168 percent compared with the same period last year, signaling robust contract activity.
