Year over year, Inverness home values have inched up, with the typical home value rising about 4 percent in this rolling three-month view. Sales activity has accelerated more sharply, as homes sold are up roughly 73 percent compared with a year ago. At the same time, new listings have fallen nearly 17 percent, tightening choices for buyers.
