Inventory and contract activity in Lake Forest are shifting in notable ways in this rolling three-month view through September 2026. Active listings are down about 13 percent from a year ago to 170, yet new listings have risen more than 20 percent year over year, and pending sales are up nearly 8 percent, signaling fresh supply is being met with solid buyer demand.
