She brought her own items to improve the presentation and even helped move stuff to the basement in preparation for our open house! Nicole helped my wife and I by a condo in Old Town last Spring, while we were living abroad In London. She was able to schedule 10+ showing over 2 days when we were visiting Chicago in March. She was invaluable in helping us narrow it down to a couple final contenders and set up 2nd and 3rd showings over the next 2 days. She also assisted us in getting responses from the sellers realtor, who was not always very responsive. Overall Nicole was able to show us 10+ homes and assist us in making an offer on the home we live in now over a 4 days period, a Herculean task which would not have been possible without her assistance.
