Ivette helped us to buy a house 8 years ago and now helped us sell it.Yvette is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. When we first set down to put the plan together for the sale, she suggested the price based on the market, then she predicted how long it will be on the market, how much money we would actually get. I can't say enough good thing about Ivette. She listened to what type of home and price range we wanted for our family.

She wasn't bothered at all when we asked her to look for homes clear up north to down into the southern area. She found us many homes but each time something was found during the inspection.

She was great at letting us know that whatever the issues were, we really didn't want to deal with it or the seller would not come down in price enough to have it fixed, she was never worried about losing "the sale" she wanted to make sure we were happy.

Ivette never stopped looking for homes that we might like, even when we were out of town she would keep us up to date on if she had found something we might like. Finally, after a longer than a year of looking Ivette found the perfect home for our family. She never gave up or told us to stop looking at the time.

We have been here over ten years and couldn't be more pleased with all the work and everything else Ivette did!
