Laura is hard working, dedicated, and responsive. She understood the challenges of a cash-only sale and made things happen that would have been dropped by less motivated realtors. As my listing agent she closed a sale on a property that was very difficult to sell at a sales price that other realtors balked at. She earned every penny of her commission. Hire her! You won’t regret it.

Laura was amazing! She helped my family relocate from CA to IL with a 0 down VA loan and was successful in getting the 4% seller credits that I was able to use to payoff all debt! Wouldn’t have been able to do it with out her! The bank tried to push back in the 9th inning and reduce the amount of credits I could take to 1,500 bucks down from 22k…but she went to bat for us and got the bank to rethink their position and got it done. Highly recommended!!!
