We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Mary Leachman. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us. I wish I could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments in aspects of buying that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Mary was very informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and would recommended her to any of our family and friends. We don't think Carpenter Realtors could have a better realtor out there representing them.

Mary, sold my parent's condo recently and did an excellent job. I had 2 dog's in the condo at the time that it was up for sale, and I felt 100% comfortable with her entering the home and making sure they were safe for showings. She was always, polite with me and was very knowledgeable about the process and always updated me with any changes, etc. I would, highly recommend Mary for ANY real-estate needs.
