Todd is by far one of the best Realtors I have ever worked with. He takes the time to help answer any questions that may arise during the Buying and Selling process. Todd is an incredible real estate agent! My wife and I were moving into the area from out-of-state and Todd helped us navigate the house search process in a highly competitive market even when we weren't able to get into town sometimes for 24 hours to view a potential property. He was always responsive, positive, knowledgeable and insightful, even helping with non-real estate issues that come along with moving to a new area. Todd was awesome to work with during my home buying process. Todd was extremely knowledgeable about the type of home I was looking for. He always gave me time to look at the property and ask questions. When I asked for his opinion, I felt like he helped me to see different aspects of the home I might have missed. During the several months I worked with him, Todd was quick to respond to my texts, emails, or phone calls. Todd has superior negotiation skills as well. Todd is very personable and a pleasure to work with. We heard about a house that was coming on the market, and were interested in seeing it. Todd got us a walk through before it was published for sale. We had an offer in place a week before it was on the market. Todd also helped us sell our former house. We went through some emotional ups and downs, and Todd was always there to answer our questions and offer reassurance.
