Homes on the West Side of Indianapolis are taking a bit longer to sell in this rolling three-month view, with a median of 21 days on market, up sharply from about a week at some points in 2023. Even with that slowdown, nearly half of homes still go off the market within two weeks, showing that well-priced properties can move quickly.
