For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $240,000 in Benton County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $241,000 in May.

Oxford had 5 new listings and 5 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 6—up 20.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.

Of those 6 active listings, 33.33% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Oxford fell 17.67% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $199,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
