I bought that house in 2019 with Jeff and used him again to sell it. He recommended listing it at a great price and it sold in less than twelve hours! Jeff had multiple visits lined up right when the house was going into the market. He also helped us meet with a home builder to build our new house before selling the old one. Jeff is a top notch realtor. Even though he had many clients he gives you the attention and time as if you are the only client. Would never use another realtor other than Jeff. Working with Jeff while trying to buy a house made it so much easier not just finding the right one! But also going through the process of buying the house! We did everything over the phone to include a virtual tour of the house and he exceeded our expectations and helped us decide between many houses.
