Even so, closed sales ticked up slightly from July, and almost 30 percent of homes sold above their list price, with the average sale-to-list ratio just over 99 percent. Compared with the statewide picture, St. Joseph County offers slightly lower prices than the Indiana median but also somewhat leaner inventory.
