Inventory in Freeport has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 19 percent year over year. New listings also increased by about 30 percent from a year ago, giving buyers more options than they had last summer. Even with more homes available, properties are still moving at a reasonable pace, as median days on market dropped 30 percent year over year to 24 days.
